PHOTOMAFIA STUDIOS MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to PHOTOMAFIA Studios. By purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Membership Benefits

  • Studio Hire: For every hour of studio time purchased, members receive an additional hour free. Free hours can be accumulated and used at a later date than the date they were earned as long as you are still an active member.

  • Bookshop Discount: Members enjoy a 10% discount on all purchases in our bookshop, which features a curated selection of photo books and zines from around the world.

  • Additional Benefits: Members may receive bonus items and early access to special events or products throughout the year.

3. Membership Options

  • Monthly Membership: £10.00 per month.

  • Yearly Membership: £110.00 per year.

4. Payment Terms

  • Billing: Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the selected plan.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Direct Debit, Credit Card, and BACS.

5. Membership Renewal and Cancellation

  • Renewal: Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

  • Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to photomafiastudios@outlook.com at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, any unused free studio hours must be utilized before the membership terminates, as they will not roll over or be refunded.

6. Studio Hire Terms

  • Booking: Members must book studio time in advance like non-members. Free hours can be applied during booking or accumulated for future use. Free hours cannot be used during the same booking they were earned. Future Bookings can make use of previously accumulated free hours.

  • Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all studio bookings. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the booked hours.
    PHOTOMAFIA STUDIOS

  • Usage: The studio is to be used solely for photography and videography purposes. Members are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities during their hire period.

7. Bookshop Discount

  • Eligibility: The 10% discount is applicable to all items in the bookshop and is valid only during an active membership period.

8. Additional Benefits

  • Bonus Items and Early Access: PHOTOMAFIA Studios may offer additional benefits to members, such as bonus items or early access to events and products. These are provided at the discretion of the studio and may change without prior notice.

9. Amendments

PHOTOMAFIA Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in writing, and continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom courts.
